Welcome to Translation Spaces: A Multidisciplinary, Multimedia, and Multilingual Journal of Translation, an annual journal within John Benjamins Publishing`s Translation & Interpreting Studies Division. We are pleased to have an opportunity to work with you.

We hope that by engaging the emerging issues born of the interactions between technology, society and translation in these contemporary times, we will be successful in creating a stimulating and substantive dialogue that treads unfamiliar terrain and opens avenues for research and practice. The global, interdisciplinary impact of translation seems ubiquitous yet un-examined. With your help we hope to begin a rigorous and critical examination of the place of translation in modern society.

To contribute an article or abstract to Translation Spaces please select one of our seven topical “tracks” (see the Tracks Page) and email the appropriate Track Moderator. Also remember to copy your submission to Gregory Shreve at gshreve@kent.edu.
